New Ideal-Tridon 2" SmartSeal Heavy Duty Worm Gear Type Hose Clamps, with 5/8" Wide Ridged Stainless Lined Band, Size 28.  Each bid quantity is for a Lot of Two (2) Clamps.  You may bid / buy any number of lots, up to the total quantity available above.
These were purchased at a lost freight liquidation earlier this year, and they were brand new in an unmarked bulk box.  We packaged them in heavy Ziplok bags for resale.  These are stamped "2-1/4 Size 28" but there is no way anything 2-1/4 inches will go inside them.  We measured them with calipers inside the band, and a hose with a 2" outside diameter will fit fine.  As for the "size 28" marking, hose clamp sizes usually indicate the number of "sixteenths" of an inch, so that would be 1-3/4;" possibly indicating a minimum size to which they will tighten efficiently.
Aside from the marking inconsistencies, they are indeed well made clamps.  The internal liner sleeve is a vast improvement over a plain flat band.  Greater tension can be achieved without the band edge cutting into the hose, or the worm gear assembly digging into the outer surface.  Two smooth ridges in the liner apply pressure evenly in two parallel rings, exactly where pressure is needed.
