Engineered with superior flexibility and durability, Flexfab's standard heater hose is
resistant to coolant additives, as well as hardening, cracking, cold leaks, and aging.
CONSTRUCTION
Extruded VMQ type silicone tubing with a polyester braiding of great resistance. Plain outer and inner appearance.
Wall thickness: variable, depending on diameter.
TEMPERATURE
The operational temperature range is from -60ºC to 180ºC, although it may reach up to 200ºC during short periods of time.
APPLICATIONS
Cooling and heating systems
Gas and oil stains do not damage the tubes, but they should neither be used to transport fuel or oil, nor be submerged in these liquids.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
Meets the requirements of SAE J20R3 Class A standard for cooling systems in the automotive industry.
Recommended for places where a high resistance to pressure is needed because it doesn´t
spoil with age and his mechanical characteristics don´t change in its operational temperatures.
Highly resistant to ozone
Not affected by anti-freeze or anti-rust liquids
Highly resistant to hardening with very good compression characteristics
The materials of the tubes have a very long life and reduce maintenance problems.

Most all items are shipped FedEx,USPS or with an LTL truck carrier to the lower 48 states only. Items will ship the same day or the next business day the payment arrives. Some radiators and charge air coolers need to be shipped to a Non-Residential business address via truck freight and will need to include a business name and phone number.
LTL truck freight will not ship to any property that is zoned residential.

All new products purchased from Radiators-R-Us carry a minimum of (1) one-year, unlimited mile warranty for manufacture defects. Some products and vendors offer an extended warranty, which is reflected in the product information. Radiators-R-Us reserves the right to determine whether the item that falls within the warranty period is to be replaced or refunded. In some instances, an original invoice and vehicle service records may be required to process the return with the manufacturer. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges on new warranty items. In the event of product failure, the customer may be required to pay for any replacement items and will be credited once the return item has been received and inspected by us.
