    Description

    An antique Japanese wooden Funa-dansu (ship's safe box) dating to the Edo Period. The box consists of seven drawers including one hidden behind a short drawer. The box is well worn but in good overall condition. Each drawer is lined with pages torn from a ledger book.
    The item measures 13.5" tall x 15.5" deep x 11.75" wide.
