PRODUCT FEATURES:
EPDM tube, synthetic fiber knit reinforcement, heat- and ozone-resistant EPDM cover.
Specifically engineered materials resist vacuum collapse to reduce the need for internal springs in many applications.
Maximum working pressure for hoses with ID smaller than or equal to 40 mm is 0.4 MPa; for hoses with ID greater than 40 mm 0.3MPa.
Meets requirements of SAE 20R4, class D2 and DIN 73411, class A (except for tolerances).
Resistant to heat, ozone and chemical coolants.
Temperature Range: -40°C to +135°C (-40°F to +275°F).
Note: Gates recommends replacing hose clamps each time a new coolant hose is installed.
