JAPANESE INABA MARKED CLOISONNE BOX CHERRY BLOSSOMS

Description

Elegant Inaba marked, Japanese cloisonné lidded  box.  Piece has a black background with a branch of cherry blossoms and multi colored florals on the front.  Extremely elegant.  The inside is polished brass with impressed bamboo in the base and flying geese in the lid.  Impressed Inaba mark inside, and in gold in the center of the underside.  A gorgeous original piece.  Missing the metal “stop” to keep the lid propped open.
