Returns:
Have A Blast is happy to provide a 30 day return policy. As stated in our shipping policy, we will not accept returns for packaging flaws. We can only accept returns on unopened items (still in the sealed, original retail packaging). For our retail customers, we do not charge a re-stocking fee. Wholesale or export customers purchasing 3+ of any single item will be charged a 20% restocking fee for returned orders. For opened toys or games that have a manufacturer defect discovered at the time of delivery, we will require pictures of the damage or defect to determine the best customer service option.
