HUNTER ORIGINAL CEILING FAN COMPATIBLE LIGHT KIT
LARGE SCHOOLHOUSE SHAPE GLASS GLOBE
+/- 9 1/2" DIAMETER  X  8" HIGH (w/ fitter)
4 1/2" NECK ANTIQUE BRASS FINISH FITTER
COMPATIBLE WITH HUNTER "2" SERIES FANS (not the newer "5" series Hunter Fans)
Which means if your Hunter ceiling fan model number is a five digit number beginning with a
"2"
- this new old stock light kit w/fitter will fit onto your Hunter ceiling fan with no additional adapter needed.
To attach this light kit, first remove the end cap on your ceiling fan;
locate the black w/white stripe wire and white wire coming from the bottom of your fan; attach these 2 wires to the black and white wires from the top of the brass fitter (black w/ white stripe to black wire; white wire to white wire) using the 2 small wire nuts provided;
Attach the brass fitter to the bottom of your Hunter lower switch housing using the same 2 small screws you removed previously. Turn the fitter slightly to be sure it's securely attached to your fan.  If too loose, tighten the 2 small screws again and re-attach the brass fitter.
Test your wiring by inserting a light bulb into the socket and pulling the light kit pull chain.  The light bulb should go on.
Attach the glass shade using the 3 thumb screws provided.
60 watt max. incandescent bulb - Medium base/ E27.
