    I'm not sure what the RT or feathers represent, but each corner has a Star of David.
    The ring around the center also has 6-sided stars.
    1 5/8 inches across the corners as a diamond shape.
    1 3/16th inch across corner to adjacent corner.
    Marked "STERLING" and signed and copyrighted "CMW."
